We will build a web application to register and update customer orders. Using Vue on the frontend and Laravel on the backend via Inertia, you will learn how to develop seamlessly without any friction.
This course goes far beyond simple CRUD operations—Create, Read, Update, and Delete—by delivering advanced, real-world features.
All demonstrations are recorded with Laravel 12.
Key Features of the Application:
- Enhanced User Experience
Instead of only adding or deleting data, users can perform advanced operations tailored to their needs.
With search functionality and real-time updates, the system provides a smoother and more intuitive user experience. - Efficient Data Management
Advanced features such as filtering and detailed data views enable interactive operations, making data management far more efficient than basic CRUD. - Flexible Functionality
By integrating features like search and modal windows, the system becomes flexible enough to meet diverse user requirements and handle complex business cases. - Intuitive Usability
Users can access the necessary information without page reloads or complicated actions.
This lowers the learning curve and improves overall satisfaction. - Adaptation to Business Needs
The system generates invoice-compliant PDF documents, making it highly practical for real business use.
What You Will Build:
- Order information includes a customer and up to three products.
- Product details include not only the product name but also price, code, and tax rate.
- Thanks to Vue.js and Inertia, product details are displayed instantly without page reloads.
- Products can also be searched via modal windows, where results can be selected and applied directly to the form.
- On the order details screen, totals and tax amounts are calculated on the backend and displayed in Vue.
- From the detail screen, you can generate an invoice as a PDF file.
