TVTPS (5.2 – 5.3) for Unreal Engine

The Top View Third Person Shooter template contains the essentials for a mini third person shooter. A Main Menu composed of a fully functional option tab as well as a credit/about tab, the menu use sequence and real time feature. 3 different styles of artificial intelligence are present. A Robot Boss that can patrol, jump off a platform, shoot the player, can also hear the player, and patrol the last known area.

Two different turret type AIs are provided, one can fire a burst while the other can fire a continuous laser. The player can crouch to avoid the shots. The turrets rotate on their axes. The SearchLight , is like an AI helicopter, able to fly and patroling , when the player is catch in the light radius , the AI ​​will shoot at player. The player can flee each of the AI, If the player dies, a gameover screen appears. For those who don’t want a gameover screen, a respawn system was thought of.
